By filling in this form and arranging for a consultation you are agreeing to pay that fee. Please, note, however, that whether or not we will represent you as a client requires that our firm does not have a conflict of interest with a party involved and that our firm enters into an agreement in writing with you as to the scope of the representation and fees to be charged.
